We’re excited to announce that Carbonfit, in partnership with Ards & North Down Borough Council, is launching a fully funded Sustainability Adaptation Business Programme — designed to help local SMEs cut carbon, save costs, and strengthen resilience.

This programme builds on the success of previous initiatives like the Green Adaptation Programme, where 100% of participating businesses achieved measurable carbon reductions — and over 70% exceeded a 10% target within six months.

Now, it’s your turn.

If your business is based in Ards & North Down and employs 1–50 people, this programme offers the perfect opportunity to take practical, supported steps towards Net Zero.

What’s included:

•  A carbon footprint baseline audit using the Carbonfit Essentials platform
• Up to 21 hours of one-to-one mentoring with a Net Zero Chartered Engineer
• Three hands-on workshops covering carbon literacy, sustainable innovation, and energy efficiency
• A personalised Sustainability Adaptation Action Plan (SAAP) — with real, measurable reduction targets
• Access to a Best Practice & Networking Event, celebrating local climate leadership
